Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 September 2026

These terms govern your use of searchinsider.io and any services you buy from us. Search Insider is operated by Search Insider (ABN 89 727 858 076). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

The site and its content

Articles, reference entries, research and other material on this site are published for general information. They are not personalised advice. Search results, algorithms and AI systems change constantly, and a technique that worked when an article was written may not work when you read it. Test things against your own situation before acting on them.

We own the content we publish. You are welcome to quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles, sell our material, or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.

Buying services

Orders. Orders are placed through our client portal. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, not when payment is made. We may decline an order, most often because the target site is in a category we do not work in, or because the anchor text or destination would put the placement at risk.

Prices and currency. All prices are quoted in United States dollars. Prices shown on the site apply to standard orders; custom volume is quoted separately. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already accepted.

Monthly plans. Niche guest posts and authority links can be ordered on a rolling monthly plan at a flat per-link rate. There is no minimum term and no lock-in: you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Placements already paid for are still delivered. Listicles and digital PR are set packages and are not sold monthly.

What we deliver. Each service page states what is included: the number of placements, the quality criteria we work to, and the expected turnaround. Turnaround times are estimates that start when we have everything we need from you: target URLs, anchor text, and any content approvals. Delays in providing those extend the timeline.

What we do not promise. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific search outcome. Nobody can, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion. We guarantee the deliverable described on the service page, meaning the placement itself, meeting the stated criteria, not what a search engine subsequently does with it.

Your responsibilities. You confirm that you have the right to promote the pages you send us, that the destination content is lawful, and that you are not asking us to place links to content in a category we exclude. You are responsible for the accuracy of the target URLs and anchor text you supply.

Categories we do not accept. We do not place links for adult content, gambling, illicit substances, weapons, payday lending, essay mills, or anything unlawful in Australia or in the jurisdiction of the publishing site. We may decline other categories at our discretion.

Editorial independence

We sell link building and we publish editorial about search. Payment does not buy coverage on this site: no client has ever bought a mention in an article, and paid placement in our own editorial is not a product we sell. Where an article discusses a service we also sell, we say so in the article. See our disclosure page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. Where those guarantees apply and we fail to meet them, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

We are not responsible for what third-party publishers do with their own websites after a placement goes live, including redesigns, editorial changes, or the site going offline. Where a service page states a replacement policy, that policy applies.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or close an account, or decline future orders, if these terms are breached. Orders already accepted and paid for will still be delivered unless the breach makes that impossible or unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and both parties submit to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
